Absolute Beginners Yoga Course

Completely new to yoga? Wish to boost your confidence on your yoga mat? This is the course for you.

 

Over 2 Saturday mornings (10 am - 12) you will learn some key yoga poses (asanas) and explore how they feel for your body. You will be induced to simple pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation.
