Weekly Mindful Yoga Classes

Ruth runs regular weekly class from Carlisle city centre at The Yoga Rooms, 8 Chatsworth Square.  These classes run in 5 week blocks and you pre-book.  She reserves a couple of mats per class for drop-ins, contact her to see if she has space that week - £12 per class.


Her mindful yoga classes are a blend of body, breath and mind.  The class fuses breath work, meditation, relaxation and of course a flowing yoga sequence.  In this class you will steadily build up your physical strength and mind-body awareness.


These classes are suitable for beginners. Attending an Absolute Beginners Yoga Day Intensive is recommended before attending regular weekly classes.
