Weekly Mindful Yoga Classes

Ruth runs gular weekly class from Carlisle city centre at 8 Chatsworth Square.  These classes run in 5 week blocks and are pre-booking only.


Her Mindful yoga classes are a blend of body, breath and mind.  The class fuses breath work, meditation, relaxation and of course a flowing yoga sequence.  In this class you will steadily build up your physical strength and mind-body awareness.


These classes are suitable for beginners. Attending an Absolute Beginners Course is recommended before attending regular weekly classes.


Class Times on Tuesdays

  • 10.30 - 11.30 am

  • 5.30 - 6.30 pm

  • 6.45 - 7.45 pm
