Yoga Classes & Workshops
Ruth runs weekly yoga classes on Tuesdays at 5.30 - 6.30 pm and 6.45 - 7.45 pm from The Yoga Rooms, 8 Chatsworth Square, Carlisle. These classes run in 5 week blocks (you book a mat on a class and attend each week).
Often she has space for drop-ins so contact her to see if she has a space that week. Ruth also runs her popular Absolute Beginners Yoga Course. Other specialisms are listed below, including her NEW Mindfulness & Mobility Yin Yoga workshops.
