Wall Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is the perfect compliment to acupuncture as it is based on the acupuncture meridians.  It is a different style of yoga to the yang asana flows that move with the breathe.  Yin yoga moves into stillness. You hold the poses for up to 5 minutes.

This flow is an introduction to yin, and wall yin.
Yin is deeply relaxing.

What you need: 
wall
mat

2 x block - a thick book will do
blanket
